MUSE ROLLING SARL<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

TERMS OF USE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Validity of the terms and conditions<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

These general terms and conditions (\u201cGTC\u201d) apply to all orders placed at Muse Rolling Sarl.\u00a0The version of the GTC published on the Muse Rolling Sarl homepage (<\/span>https:\/\/muserolling.ch<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span>) shall apply and prevail over other versions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reference shall be made to Swiss substantive law where a matter is not specifically covered by the GTC.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Prices<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

All prices are given in Swiss Francs.\u00a0Since Muse Rolling Sarl is not subject to VAT, no VAT is charged.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Conclusion of the contract and payment<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Any order placed by a customer shall be binding. The order will then be confirmed in writing, by e-mail, by Muse Rolling S\u00e0rl.\u00a0Upon confirmation of the order, a contract between Muse Rolling S\u00e0rl and the customer will come into effect.<\/span><\/p>\n

The delivery date will be confirmed by Muse Rolling S\u00e0rl within 5 days from the order confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Specific design requirements by the customer will imply price variations.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Payment<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Any ordered goods shall be paid by PayPal at the time of the order or, if authorized by Muse Rolling Sarl, by bank transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Delivery<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Orders are sent worldwide. A delivery fee which varies depending on the country of destination is added to the price quoted on the website.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Retention of title<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The delivered goods remain the property of Muse Rolling S\u00e0rl until paid in full.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Cancellation<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Since all goods are made to order, no cancellation shall be permitted by Muse Rolling Sarl.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Warranty<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Muse Rolling S\u00e0rl garantit la marchandise livr\u00e9e pour une p\u00e9riode de deux ans \u00e0 compter de la date de livraison. Les longboards sont con\u00e7us pour une utilisation raisonnable en milieu urbain. Ils servent \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer, et ne sont pas con\u00e7us pour une pratique sportive intense. Les longboards \u2013 en particulier leurs freins et leurs roues \u2013 ne sont pas con\u00e7us, ni adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 une pratique extr\u00eame, telle que la descente de pentes raides \u00e0 grande allure. La garantie est limit\u00e9e aux d\u00e9fauts de fabrication ou de mat\u00e9riaux. La garantie ne sera pas valable en cas (i) d\u2019une utilisation intensive, non-conforme aux prescriptions figurant dans cette clause (ii) d\u2019une mauvaise utilisation de la marchandise, ou (iii) d\u2019une usure normale, ou (iv) de modifications de la marchandise ou d\u2019un assemblage ou d\u2019une r\u00e9paration inappropri\u00e9e par le client, ou (v) d\u2019une utilisation de la marchandise dans les comp\u00e9titions sportives, ou (vi) un d\u00e9faut caus\u00e9 par un accident ou un choc ou (vii) une utilisation de la marchandise non-conforme au code de la route.<\/p>\n

Any visible defect in the delivered good shall be notified to Muse Rolling S\u00e0rl in writing, by e-mail, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any other defect shall be notified to Muse Rolling S\u00e0rl in writing, by e-mail, within 7 days from the date of discovery of the defect.<\/span><\/p>\n

After returning the defective goods, the defect shall be rectified by Muse Rolling S\u00e0rl and the goods will be shipped back to the customer in the shortest period reasonably possible. If no rectification of the defect is possible, Muse Rolling S\u00e0rl will deliver replacement goods to the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any claim for a discount, conversion or compensation or any claim relating to any indirect or consequential damage is strictly excluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Data protection<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

All personal information provided by the customer is treated in strict confidentiality and in complicance with applicable law<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Data security<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Appropriate security technology is used to protect customer data against unauthorized processing.\u00a0However, no liability can be accepted for the security of the data transmitted on the Internet.\u00a0The data is transmitted unencrypted.<\/span><\/p>\n

11. Law and jurisdiction<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

All contracts concluded via the Muse Rolling S\u00e0rl website are subject to Swiss law, excluding the provisions of the Vienna Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.\u00a0The place of jurisdiction shall be Canton de Vaud, Switzerland.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \t
